1. เกี่ยวกับแอปพลิเคชัน
แอปพลิเคชันนี้เป็นแอปสำหรับ ฝึกทำข้อสอบใบขับขี่เพื่อการเตรียมความพร้อมก่อนสอบจริงเท่านั้น โดยรวบรวมแนวข้อสอบไว้ให้ผู้ใช้ได้ทดลองทำ
ข้อสำคัญ: แอปนี้ ไม่ได้เป็นตัวแทน ไม่มีส่วนเกี่ยวข้อง และไม่ได้รับการรับรอง จากกรมการขนส่งทางบก กระทรวงคมนาคม หรือหน่วยงานของรัฐใด ๆ ทั้งสิ้น เนื้อหาข้อสอบเป็นการรวบรวมจากแหล่งข้อมูลสาธารณะเพื่อใช้เป็นแนวทางการฝึกฝนเท่านั้น ไม่สามารถใช้แทนการสอบจริงกับหน่วยงานราชการได้
2. การเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล
แอปนี้ไม่มีการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลใด ๆ ของผู้ใช้
- ไม่มีการขอให้ผู้ใช้ลงทะเบียนหรือสร้างบัญชี
- ไม่มีการเก็บชื่อ อีเมล เบอร์โทรศัพท์ หรือข้อมูลติดต่ออื่น ๆ
- ไม่มีการเข้าถึงตำแหน่งที่ตั้ง (Location)
- ไม่มีการเข้าถึงรายชื่อผู้ติดต่อ กล้อง ไมโครโฟน หรือไฟล์ในเครื่อง
- ไม่มีการเก็บผลการทำข้อสอบไปยังเซิร์ฟเวอร์ภายนอก
- ไม่มีการติดตามพฤติกรรมการใช้งาน (Tracking)
3. การแชร์ข้อมูลกับบุคคลที่สาม
เนื่องจากแอปไม่มีการเก็บข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลใด ๆ จึง ไม่มีการแชร์ ขาย หรือส่งต่อข้อมูล ไปยังบุคคลที่สามทั้งสิ้น
4. สิทธิ์ (Permissions) ที่แอปขอใช้
แอปขอสิทธิ์การเข้าถึงเฉพาะที่จำเป็นต่อการทำงานของแอปเท่านั้น (เช่น การเข้าถึงอินเทอร์เน็ตเพื่อโหลดเนื้อหา หากจำเป็น) และไม่ได้ใช้สิทธิ์เหล่านั้นเพื่อเก็บข้อมูลผู้ใช้
5. ความปลอดภัยของข้อมูล
เนื่องจากไม่มีการเก็บข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล จึงไม่มีความเสี่ยงเรื่องข้อมูลรั่วไหลจากฝั่งผู้พัฒนา
6. เด็กและเยาวชน
